LubbockRadon.com is operated by Absolve Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Using this site means you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This is a marketing and referral property. We connect homeowners with independent local radon professionals who test and mitigate radon in the Lubbock area. We do not perform radon testing or mitigation ourselves, we don't employ the professionals we refer, and we are not a party to any contract, quote, or agreement between you and a professional we refer. When you accept a quote, you're contracting directly with that professional, not with us.
No professional advice
The content on this site is general information, sourced where we cite numbers, so you can walk into a conversation with a radon professional informed rather than starting from zero. It isn't medical, legal, or engineering advice, and it isn't a substitute for testing your own home. Every home is different: foundation type, soil, ventilation. Only a test tells you what's actually going on in yours. Decisions about whether and how to test are yours to make.
Referrals
The professionals we refer are independent businesses, not our employees, contractors, or agents. We don't guarantee their pricing, their schedules, their licensing status, or the quality of their workmanship, and we don't warranty their work. Vet any quote the way you'd vet any contractor: ask questions, check reviews, confirm insurance, and confirm exactly what's included before you sign anything.
Accuracy
We source our data and correct errors when we find them. Pricing ranges, testing figures, and local statistics on this site come from published sources we cite, not from guesswork. But radon readings vary house to house, sometimes street to street. Nothing on this site substitutes for a test of your own home, and figures can shift as new local data comes in.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape this site, misrepresent who you are, submit fake information through our forms, or otherwise abuse our contact forms or phone line. We reserve the right to block access from anyone who does.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Absolve Ventures LLC isn't liable for decisions you make based on general information published here, or for the acts, omissions, pricing, scheduling, or workmanship of the independent professionals we refer. Your recourse for any dispute over testing or mitigation work sits with the professional who performed it, not with us.
