What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and what you tell us you need: a first test, a mitigation quote, or help with a high reading. When you call the number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service and may be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes. You'll hear a disclosure at the start of a recorded call. We also collect standard web logs and analytics data, like most websites do: pages visited, browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to connect you with a radon professional.
How we use it
We pass your contact details to one independent local radon professional so they can respond to your request. That's it. We do not sell your information, we do not resell the same lead to multiple buyers, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and which local information is out of date. It isn't tied to your name unless you've also submitted the contact form.
Third-party processors
Form submissions and lead routing may be processed through our CRM provider. Calls to the number on this site may be handled through our call-tracking provider. These vendors process data on our behalf to run this site and connect you with a pro. They're contracted to handle it responsibly, and they don't get to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Consent for contact
By submitting the form or calling the number on this site, you're asking to be contacted about your request: by us, or by the professional we refer you to. That's a standard reply to your own inquiry, not a signup for a marketing-blast list, and not an invitation to unrelated offers, newsletters, or promotions you never asked for.
Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed to service the referral and for ordinary business records, generally not longer than that. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, call (806) 329-4585 or send the request through our contact form and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
If you don't want your information shared with a local radon professional, simply don't submit the form. If you'd like to correct or delete information you've already sent us, call (806) 329-4585 or use our contact form and we'll handle the request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
